  • We offer a flexible lease with a first right of refusal to purchase option to purchase the home within 1-3 years. You live in your home while preparing for ownership.

  • When you're ready to buy, you’ll have first right of refusal. Plus, we partner with the Texas Homes for Heroes to provide down payment assistance and favorable mortgage loan terms for our heroes like you.
